As a young child, Dr. Valencia moved to the United States from the former Soviet Union. Her parents taught her from a young age that respect, caring for other people, and hard work would take her far and be appreciated by others. Over the years, this advice has proven true time and again.
Dr. Valencia is a podiatric surgeon focusing on both surgical and nonsurgical treatments for people with bunions, tendon dysfunction, flat foot, ingrown nails, and other podiatric conditions. She treats everyone from infants to senior citizens. Her treatment philosophy is always the same: Dr. Valencia prides herself on treating patients as her equals and agreeing on treatment plans together.
Dr. Valencia really gets to know the people that come to her for treatment, as if they are part of her own family. She regularly calls patients at home to check on them, and provides them with the type of care she would want for family members and herself.
