Warts
A wart is a painful benign growth/infection caused by a virus which invades the skin through a small cut or break. They are very contagious and often have a spongy, Wartblack speckled appearance and most commonly occur on the bottom of the foot. Treatments may include; debridement with the use of a medication to soften the growth which occur over several weeks, surgical excision, cryosurgery/freezing and bifurcation/burning.
