Dr. Emmanuel Bustos, DPM, is a podiatric physician and surgeon who has been providing the highest level of foot and ankle care to his patients throughout New York for the past 11 years.
Hailing from Queens, NY, Dr. Bustos received a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from New York University before graduating from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City with a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2010. After completing a three-year podiatric surgical residency at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Queens, Dr. Bustos earned a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive RearFoot and Ankle certification in 2013. He is affiliated with the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and regularly attends the New York Podiatric Clinical Conference to maintain his podiatric education.
With his diverse clinical experience, Dr. Bustos has treated a wide variety of podiatric issues, and specializes in treating ankle issues, minimally-invasive bunion and hammertoe surgical correction, laser procedures for heel spurs and toenail fungus, diabetic foot treatment, foot fracture repair, and pediatric foot conditions.
Being fluent in both Spanish and English allows Dr. Bustos to effectively communicate and treat his community’s diverse patient population. He enjoys giving back to his community and his industry by helping to mentor medical students and surgical residents.
